Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Märklin Insider Club! We look forward to hearing from you! Overleaf you will find a registration form. Please note the following information and conditions for your club membership, which govern the relationship between you and us, Gebr. Märklin & Cie. GmbH, Stuttgarter Straße 55 - 57, 73033 Göppingen (Germany), for your membership in the Märklin Insider Club:

2. Start and end of your membership

Your membership (and thus your personal club year) begins on the date we receive your membership fee payment. You will receive all future club benefits for a period of one year.

Membership is automatically renewed for a further club year unless you give us six weeks' notice before the end of your personal club year.

We reserve the right to increase the membership fee or to change these membership conditions. We will inform you of this in good time beforehand, together with your right to terminate your membership extraordinarily in this case with three weeks' notice. In this case, we will also expressly point this out to you once again.

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.

4. Notes on data protection

Your personal data that you provide to us with your application will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. Unless you expressly give us your consent to receive advertising, we will only use your data for the administration of your membership in the respective Club.

You are entitled to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time and to revoke its use at any time with effect for the future, and you can have your personal data corrected, blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions. A. Instructions for cancellation
Right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Gebr. Märklin & Cie GmbH, Märklin Insider Club, Stuttgarter Straße 55 - 57, 73033 Göppingen, Germany, Fax: +49 (0) 71 61 / 608-308, Tel: +49 (0) 71 61 / 608-213; Mail: insider-club@maerklin.com, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
